FoundationPlus is headed by Mr. G.C. Mandal. He has more than 40 years of experience in QA Training and Quality System Management.

He is a Registered Auditor with International Register of Certificated Auditor (IRCA), U.K.

He is also an Empanelled Auditor for Laboratory Accreditation, NABL Scheme under Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.

He retired as Senior Director from Ministry of Information Technology, Govt. of India before starting FoundationPlus.
