Email Boxes	Email accounts which your users can use to send & recieve emails using standard POP clients like Netscape, Mozilla, Eudora, Pegasus, Outlook, etc.
Email Account Manager	Create & Manage email accounts
Email Aliases
Default Address Manager	Please see our mailGATE solution to fully utilize this option.
Autoresponder Manager	Create automatic replies for any given email accounts.
Forwader Manager	Forward email from a given role account to a real email account. Let's you create more number of virtual or role emails addresses than the actual number of email. For example all mails to sales@yourdomain.com can be rerouted to the actual person who is dealing with sales, say ravi@yourdomain.com.
Email Scripts	Use these add-on utilities to enhance your website.
Mailing List Manager	Create & Manage Mailing lists
Email Filtering Manager	Filter emails. Allows you to create complex & flexible filters based on various criteria like any headers or body content and what action to take.
Spamassassin	Block Spam/Junk emails based on criteria set by you. The blocked emails can be deleted or sent to an special holding area for human intervention. You can define whitelists & blacklists.
Webmail	Web based email access like yahoo, hotmail, etc. Can be added to any plan.

Feature	Description
FTP is used to upload/dpwnload files from the web site. It is specifically used for uploading your web pages from your local PC to your web site. Each plan will have atleast one FTP account by default. These features apply to plans which have more than one FTP account.
FTP Account Manager/Maintenance	Create/Delete/Modify FTP accounts. Change passwords, etc.
Anonymous FTP Setup	Enable/Disable Anonymous FTP downloads/uploads.
Customize Login Message	Display your customised welcome message when anyone connects to your anonymous FTP server.
Manage FTP Sessions	Manage current on-going FTP sessions.

Feature	Description
Ready-Made utilities for your website You can add these features to your website without requiring any programming, etc.
Chat Rooms	Add chatting facility to your website. Two versions available PHP and java based. Please note each PHP chatroom installed will use up ONE MySQL database.
Simple Guestbook	This is a simple guestbook for your visitors to view and sign.
Counter	You can create a counter to count and show how many visitors have been to your site.
PHPBB2	PHP based Bulletin Board system. Please note each board installed will use up ONE MySQL database.
Advanced Guestbook	This is a more advanced guestbook written in PHP and MySQL.
Countdown	You can create a countdown box to countdown to a specified date.
Java Clock	This utility will create a real time java clock for your site.
Simple CGI Wrapper	This is a CGI Wrapper that will allow you to run CGI Scripts with your User ID
Random Html Generator	This is a Random HTML generator. It picks a string of HTML code from a list and inserts it in an SSI (Server Side Includes) enabled web page.
Addon CGI Scripts	Various add-on scripts are available which can be used to enhance your web site. Example - InvisionBoard : a web bulletin board system
Entropy Banner	This feature allows you to create Rotating Banner Advertisement for your site.
Entropy Search	Allows you to index your site and provides a Search Engine for your site.
Interchange Shopping Cart	Shopping Cart
Agora Shopping Cart	A Free Shopping Cart. Support can optionally be obtained through a mailing list setup specifically for Agora Users for a small fee of $25.00 per year.

Web Site Analysis/Logs
Various tools/features to analyze your website performance.
Feature	Description
Disk Usage Viewer	Find out, in detail, how your web space is being utilised. Provides information about space utilised by the various directories, logs, email boxes, etc.
Webalizer Stats	Webalizer is a more complex stats program that produces a nice variety of charts and graphs about who has visited your site.
Awstats Stats	Awstats produces very pretty statistics.
Analog Stats	Analog produces a simple summary of all the people who have visited your site. It is fast and provides great lightweight statistics.
Last Visitors Stats	This will show you the last 300 visitors who came to your site and some interesting information about them.
Bandwidth Stats	Bandwidth usage statistics. This will show how many bytes your account has transferred.
Error Log	This will show errors in your site, images not loading, missing files, etc. This is very useful for debugging.
Raw Access Logs/ Manager	Access logs in raw format. Using the manager you can archive/remove old logs.

Customized Error Pages	Create your won customised error pages/messages for common servers like – 400, 401, 403, 404, 500
Mime Types Manager	Define your own special mime types
Apache Handlers Manager	Define customized extension handlers.
Redirect Manager	You can redirect any URL under your domain to some other URL. You can add/remove redirects.

Ability to Change MX	Specify where incoming emails are to be delivered.
Parked Domain Manager	Allows you to "point" or "park" additional domain names to your existing hosting account. This will allow users to reach your website by entering the "parked" or "pointed" domains into their browsers. This feature allows you to add more domains to your main domain as aliases. Please note the parked domains will not have their individual Control Panels. Parked Domains will not function unless the domain name is registered with a valid registrar and configured to point to our DNS servers.
Additional Domains	Usually required by resellers for adding extra domains to an existing plan
Addon Domain Manager	Addon Domains are domain names that point to subdirectories within your main domain or account. This feature allows you to add more domains to your main account. Please note the addon domains will not have their individual Control Panels. Addon Domains will not be functional unless the domain name is registered with a valid registrar and configured to point to our DNS servers. This feature must be enabled for your account before you can use it.
